Visa requirements

As a country within the Schengen zone since 2007, Slovenia allows comfortable travel opportunities to Schengen Visa holders and to EU/EEA citizens. EU/EEA citizens do not need a passport to enter Slovenia, only a valid identity card. Foreign citizens can enter Slovenia with a valid passport and a visa.
